Just about everything you do is a direct result of the way you feel.

Interesting huh? It’s so true!

When you feel good, you do things in a good mood with a good attitude and you FEEL great about it. Right?! AND, you tend to attract more of the same type of energy to you. It’s almost like the feel of having “good luck”. Things just keep happening that makes you feel even better. This can be tough to get sometimes when you’re in the midst of something trying to pull you out of your good feelings. Like a red light or a very slow driver in front of you when you’re trying to get somewhere, lol. It kinda changes your mood. See what I mean.

The thing to do is pay close attention. Be present wherever you are with whatever is going on. Feel whatever you’re feeling. Sit with it to the point that you really get it. Decide what you like about it and what you don’t like about it. Then choose what you will do with it and move forward. The key word here is choose.

If you don’t watch your energy, how you’re feeling and how it’s affecting your interaction with others and how they give it back to you somehow, it will become the driving force; rather than you making a conscious choice.

So, the tip here is to understand what a huge role your feelings play in the decisions you make. But even more importantly, that it is your choice to rule over those feelings, especially if things aren’t going so well. It’s up to you. It really is.
