Trying to go somewhere but not quite sure where? Does it seem that every step you try to take forward something is blocking you?. What is it that’s blocking you? Do you even know?
If you find yourself feeling frustrated and overwhelmed about life and what’s showing up for you but don’t know what to do, then it’s time to get clear. With clarity you have the opportunity to change.
As long as you keep doing what you’re doing without making any change, you’re going to keep getting the same results. You don’t want that, do you?
Getting clear is about looking at where you might be feeling out of sorts. Where is that? Is it at work? Home? Family? Friends? Other relationships? Internal frustrations? Or something else? Can you at least pin point a specific area where things are off for you? If you can, good. But if you can’t, maybe a little more digging is required.
What problem does the overwhelm and frustration create that make things uncomfortable for you? If you take a moment and settle down to get still and quiet, what does your body tell you? Listen. It’s saying something. Start there.
Blocks are walls or things that tend to hold you back from moving forward. This is certain to cause some frustration. Start breaking this wall down one piece at a time. It will allow you to peek through that little space and see what could be going on beyond the wall. This might give you just the strength you need to continue to tear down more, until you set your eyes on the real problem that’s holding you back.
For example, having the awareness of one single problem that could be causing you frustration is enough to give you what you need to continue propelling forward. So, don’t stop. Keep digging past what’s in front of you until the wall is no longer there.
